The Kammertheater Stuttgart is the smaller of the two main stages run by Staatstheater Stuttgart, seating around 400 guests. It opened in 1962 and focuses on contemporary drama, experimental productions and new writing - genres that would feel cramped on the larger Schauspielhaus stage.
