About the venue

The Liederhalle is Stuttgart's principal concert and congress centre, opened in 1956 and designed by architects Adolf Abel and Rolf Gutbrod. It comprises three halls – the large Beethoven-Saal, the Mozart-Saal and the Silcher-Saal – and hosts orchestral concerts, congresses, galas and major cultural events. The building is considered a landmark example of post-war modernist architecture in Germany.
