The Residenzschloss Bad Arolsen is one of the largest baroque palace complexes in Germany, built in the early 18th century as the seat of the Princes of Waldeck. Modelled loosely on Versailles, it features grand state rooms and an extensive park. Today the palace hosts cultural events, concerts, and guided tours.
