The Tiefstollenhalle in Peißenberg is a cultural and event hall built on the site of the former hard-coal mining area in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps. The building takes its name from the historic "Tiefstollen" - a deep drainage adit once used in local mining operations. Today it hosts concerts, theatre performances, community events and trade fairs.
