Libor Štumpf is a Czech actor, director and author of theatre plays for children. He is the founder of the Ahoj theatre in Chrudim, creator of the only travelling puppet theatre "wagon on wheels" in the Czech Republic, and founder of a private black theatre museum in Chrudim. He is a promoter of Czech puppetry traditions.
