Starbenders are an American glam rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2013 by vocalist and guitarist Kimi Shelter and bassist Aaron Lecesne. Their sound blends glam, punk, goth and pop, and the band describes it as "blasphemous candy-coated bubblegum punk." Signed to Sumerian Records since 2019, they released their fourth studio album, The Beast Goes On, in February 2026 - their most critically praised record to date. The current lineup includes guitarist Kriss Tokaji and drummer Qi Wei, who joined from China in 2024.
