Dr. Victor Frankenstein (Oscar Isaac), a young scientist obsessed with conquering death, assembles a creature from fragments of bodies, intending it to be his scientific triumph. When the creation awakens, it proves to be no mindless experiment - it possesses consciousness, emotions, and a yearning to understand its place in the world.

Rejected and terrified by its own existence, it begins seeking answers from its creator. Between them unfolds a destructive relationship filled with regret, rage, and mutual accusations - a drama about loneliness, moral responsibility, and the limits of human ambition, steeped in gothic darkness.
