André Rieu. Long Live Maastricht! — Kino Pod Kopułą - Gostyń, Gostyń

In autumn 2026, cinemas will screen the 20th broadcast of André Rieu's summer concert from Maastricht. In July, the Maestro and his Johann Strauss Orchestra will perform for the twentieth time on Vrijthof - the famous square in the heart of this medieval city. The new show is titled "Long Live Maastricht!" and is a tribute to Rieu's hometown, where the first such open-air concert took place 20 years ago.

The programme features waltzes and marches by Johann Strauss the Elder and Younger, hits from the musicals "My Fair Lady" and "Les Misérables", and "Gabriel's Oboe" by Ennio Morricone from the film "The Mission". The stage will host the Platinum Tenors, internationally renowned sopranos, and artists performing on Vrijthof for the first time. For the twentieth time, "The Blue Danube" and "Radetzky March" will resound.

For Polish audiences, the broadcast will be hosted by Maja Jasińska - flautist of the Johann Strauss Orchestra. She will share behind-the-scenes insights and present an exclusive interview with André Rieu recorded specially for Polish cinema viewers.
