SUMMER WITH BIRDS DEPARTS - XXII Marathon of Tourist and Poetic Song

The XXII Marathon of Tourist and Poetic Song under the motto "Summer with Birds Departs" takes place at the Pałacyk Zielinskiego in Kielce. Performing on stage: Wołosatki, Jerzy Filar, and Aldona Rogulska with Wojciech Łępicki.

Admission: 30 PLN (until 29.08.2026) or 50 PLN on the day of the concert.

Wołosatki is a vocal-instrumental ensemble with scout roots, founded in 1974 in Wołosatem and long based in Kielce. The group performs acoustically, presenting mainly original compositions and cultivating the tradition of multi-voice singing - blending it with ballad, bossa nova, blues, reggae, country, rock and roll, and sung poetry. They have released nearly 30 albums, ten editions of "Śpiewniczka Bieszczadniczka," and won numerous awards at concerts throughout Poland and abroad.

Jerzy Filar - composer, performer, and lyricist in the poetic song tradition - debuted in 1972 collaborating with student music groups. In 1985 he won first prize at the National Polish Song Festival in Opole for the song "Star a nie." He is known to a wider audience for songs including "Samba sikoreczka" and "Za szybą (Całkiem spokojnie wypiję trzecią kawę)" - the latter written with Jacek Cygan.

Aldona Rogulska - graduate of the Krzysztof Komeda School of Entertainment Music and Jazz in Warsaw, poet and soloist - debuted in 2019 with a poetry collection "Mieć swój kolor." She won first place in the Best Soloist category at the II Festival of Aleksandry Bacińska's Songs, and at Bazuny 2025 received the "Szelest Estezji" Award from Piotr Szczepański, presented by the Gdańsk Poets' Club, and the Wojtek Bellon Award for best song lyrics at the 58th Tourist Song Exchange in Szklarskie Porębie. She collaborates with Wojciech Łępicki - a composer and arranger from Silesia who creates music for her lyrics and accompanies her at competitions. Together they have twice won second place for best song (lyrics and music) at the Tourist Song Exchange in Szklarskie Porębie.
