Dirty by Design: Pickling Workshop and Classic Dirty Martini

On 15 September 2026 at 17:30 at The Kitchen | Stacja Food Hall, a Dirty by Design workshop will take place - a meeting at the intersection of cooking and mixology.

The programme consists of two parts. In the culinary section, led by Krzysztof Majewski (Head Chef at The Kitchen), participants will prepare their own pickles: compose brines, select spices, and jar their own crispy vegetables. In the bar section, special guest Jędrzej Mizerny will guide participants through making a classic Dirty Martini - using the pickling brine as a flavour element.
