Carrantuohill – Celtic Music Group

Carrantuohill has been performing music rooted in Celtic tradition for nearly 40 years. The group has given approximately 3,500 concerts in Poland and worldwide, and recorded over 20 albums in collaboration with numerous artists, including Anna Maria Jopek, Anna Dymna, Stanisław Sojka, Anita Lipnicka, Kuba Badach, Robert Kasprzycki, Urszula Dudziak, Krzysztof Ścierański, Marek Raduli, Tomasz Szukalski, Wojciech Karolak, and Maciej Balcar.
The group has performed multiple times in Ireland at local festivals, played at Claremont McKenna College in California at the personal invitation of poet Czesław Miłosz, and participated in the "Guinness Irish Festival" in Switzerland. Carrantuohill's concert credits also include: Roches de Celtique (France), Dancing with Lunasa (Ireland), Cork Folk Festival (Ireland), Sziget Festival (Hungary), Guinness Tour (Russia, Germany), Eurofestival (Romania), Trypilskie Koło (Ukraine), and Przystanek Woodstock (Poland).
The musicians play traditional Celtic instruments: tin whistle, bouzouki, violin, bodhran, and uilleann pipes.
