"Together" - Wellbeing Workshop in the Digital World
Zamek Cesarski w Poznaniu, Poznań
Facilitated by: Weronika Cegielska
This workshop is part of a castle-based cycle of workshops on idleness created by Weronika Cegielska. The starting point is the observation that spending much time online causes us to lose contact with our own body and the present moment. During the session, participants will experiment with stillness and presence "here and now" — in contrast to digital productivity and sensory overload. The workshop is an invitation to listen to experiences arising from the body, rather than from the external and virtual world.
The work will employ creative movement, somatic techniques, improvisation, elements of Dance Movement Therapy, and the Laban Bartenieff Movement System.
Weronika Cegielska is a Dance Movement Therapist and Psychotherapist, contemporary dancer, choreographer, performance artist, and rhythmicist.
