44th Rawa Blues Festival

The 44th edition of Rawa Blues Festival will take place entirely at the NOSPR headquarters in Katowice. This marks a new chapter in the festival's history – blues music will resound in the concert hall and chamber hall of NOSPR. The idea remains unchanged: showcasing blues creators and performers at their finest.
3:00 PM – Chamber Hall
A concert by blues ensembles selected by a jury composed of music editors and leading Polish blues musicians. Performing: Blues Junkers, Furman and Kapela Kare Konie, Red. Chirowski & Pan Wydro, and Robert Kordylewski.
6:00 PM – Concert Hall (Main Concert)
D.K. Harrell – guitarist and vocalist from Louisiana, known for his emotional singing and expressive guitar playing. Award-winning artist with numerous nominations and accolades in the blues community.
Nik West – bassist, singer, and songwriter. She has collaborated with Quincy Jones Productions, Prince, Macy Gray, John Mayer, Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, and George Clinton/Parliament Funkadelic. "Rolling Stone" called her "the bass icon of her generation"; "Rolling Stone France" dubbed her "Queen of the Bassists". She has been featured in "People Magazine", "Vanity Fair", "Teen Vogue", "Billboard", and "Afropunk".
Irek Dudek Big Band – an ensemble created by Ireneusz "Irek" Dudek, one of Poland's most renowned blues musicians, rooted in the big band tradition that Dudek has developed since the early 1980s.
