I SEE SOMETHING DIFFERENT HERE | performance for children

"I See Something Different Here" is a performance for children aged 3–6 and their guardians, created by the Sticky Fingers Club Collective. The show takes place on 1 June at 12:00 at Stacja Orunia GAK (ul. Dworcowa 9, Gdańsk Orunia). Tickets cost 30 PLN (guardian + child).

The performance is a humorous journey through a world of objects, where ordinary, old, or "imperfect" things discover their hidden superpowers. Drawing on upcycling ideas, the collective breathes new life into forgotten elements of theatrical scenography and abandoned objects, showing that diversity and imperfection can be sources of beauty. Part of the show involves shared play — comfortable clothing and willingness to remove shoes are requested.

The project was co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as part of the Art Spaces – Dance Programme, implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance. Programme operators in Gdańsk for 2026–2028 are Gdański Archipelag Kultury and the Institute of Urban Culture.
