The concert begins at 12:00; the hall opens at 11:30. Due to radio broadcast, latecomers will not be admitted during the event.

Workshops for children take place before and after the concert, and coffee and sweets are available in the radio café.

Tickets cost 60 PLN. They can be purchased at the box office of the Polish Radio Concert Studio im. Witold Lutosławski one hour before the concert, provided the allocation has not been exhausted. Spaces for people with disabilities are not equipped with armchairs.
