FOREST YOGACTIONS / ATOFRI THEATRE / FESTIVAL OF THE YOUNGEST 2026

A performative action designed for children and their close adult companions. An actress and musician invite participants to engage in a shared activity: yoga exercises based on play and closeness, accompanied by live percussion music, while a story unfolds based on yoga positions (asanas).

YogActions were created as a joint activity for children and their caregivers, deepening intergenerational bonds. The goal is not to perfect yoga technique, but to strengthen the connection between child and adult. The workshops are conducted as a theatrical narrative in which participants actively take part.

Duration: 50 minutes. Recommended age: from 5 years old.
