GRAMMY Award-winning artist Bilal returns to the spotlight following the success of two albums released in 2024.
Bilal: Live at Glasshaus is a retrospective of his career, featuring guest appearances by Questlove, Common, Robert Glasper and Burniss Travis. This album showcases Bilal alongside outstanding artists reinterpreting selected tracks from his iconic repertoire. It highlights the artist's continuous evolution, reaching the peak of his abilities in 2024 while refining his craft and discovering new colours in his voice. It is a powerful reminder of his extraordinary vocal virtuosity and mastery of songwriting.
Bilal then released Adjust Brightness – his first album of new music in eight years, opening a new chapter in his creative journey. The record features 11 premiere tracks, taking listeners on the boldest musical journey of his career. Adjust Brightness is a daring step forward, combining his deep love of soul, funk and jazz with futuristic, electronic and abstract elements. The album marks a breakthrough moment where Bilal weaves organic, soulful sounds with experimental electronic influences inspired by artists such as Aphex Twin and Stereolab. Listeners can expect an immersive sonic experience that defies genre conventions – Bilal continues to evolve and refine his unique style.
