Persons under 16 years of age on the day of the concert may participate in the event only under the supervision of an adult and at the sole responsibility of that adult, after purchasing tickets for both the minor and the adult. Minors who have reached 16 years of age may participate in the concert provided they have a valid ticket and a signed consent from their legal guardians to attend the event.
