Immersive Experience: Sound Bath and Meditation at Art Box Experience

On June 23 at 7:00 PM, Art Box Experience invites you to a unique immersive evening combining art, sound, and meditation within the exhibition space "Leonardo versus Michelangelo. A Duel of Renaissance Geniuses".

This experience transcends traditional museum visits, leading to a deep, sensory immersion and inner calm. The starting point is an encounter with two giants of the Renaissance - Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, whose masterworks will serve as the backdrop for an immersive journey through the world of sound, light, and mindfulness.

The evening will begin with a guided tour of the exhibition, after which participants can draw a symbolic "fortune" from the Mouth of Truth. The space will then be filled with soothing sounds of handpan, Tibetan bowls, and koshi chimes, complemented by guided meditation.

Amidst monumental projections and Renaissance masterpieces, participants will find space to pause, breathe, and restore inner harmony.

It is also a unique gift idea for Father's Day - a shared experience that allows you to slow down, relax, and spend quality time in an extraordinary atmosphere of art and sound.

The evening will be led by:
Michał Duma – psychologist and sound artist creating original experiences based on handpan performance and work with mindfulness and regeneration.

Natalia Barczak (naya.energyhealing) – psychologist, naturopath, and therapist working with the body and consciousness, who will guide participants through meditation and a calming process during the event.

This is a unique evening for everyone who wants to experience art in a completely new way - through sound, light, and conscious presence.
