Der Weg Einer Freiheit are embarking on an autumn tour with their new album and will visit Poland. The group, which blends atmospheric black metal with post-metal, will perform on October 10 at Warsaw's Mechanik club, where they will be joined by British Conjurer and electronic-ambient project Brnsjmin.

It has long been known that black metal is not a genre confined solely to occult themes—it often focuses on more earthly subjects, exploring issues of psychology and conscience. For over 15 years, German Der Weg Einer Freiheit has followed this second path and stands as one of the most important bands of the modern scene blending atmospheric black metal with post-metal. While they earned strong reviews for their early albums, their true breakthrough came with the release of "Finisterre" in 2017. On subsequent albums "Noktvrn" and last year's "Innern", DWEF only strengthened their position, confirming their unique ability to weave blackened coldness with emotionally charged moments.

When it comes to the modern metal scene, British Conjurer is undoubtedly one of its most eclectic representatives. In their music, sludge blends with black metal and doom, and the Rugby-based band knows how to enrich it all with more atmospheric elements. Last year saw the release of their latest album "Unself", issued by Nuclear Blast.

The evening will open with Brnsjmin—an electronic-ambient project by Giovanni Raabe, based in Munich. After his performance, expect restrained and mysterious sounds, which you can get acquainted with beforehand by listening to the artist's two albums—the debut "Wind bei Nacht" and last year's "Büro of Music".
