King Maciuś I Invites You to a Concert! Fairy-Tale Songs for Children

We warmly invite children, parents, and entire families to a special concert full of music, joy, and fairy-tale atmosphere!

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM, the Warsaw Palladium Theatre will host a family musical event titled "King Maciuś I Invites You to a Concert! Fairy-Tale Songs for Children".

The concert will feature young soloists — children and youth who are laureates of national and European music competitions and winners of numerous artistic awards — accompanied by a 14-member orchestra conducted by Artur Grudziński. The repertoire will include the most beautiful children's, fairy-tale, and musical theatre songs.

The stars of the concert will be Darek "Maleo" Malejonek (known from the children's music group Arka Noego) and Miłka Małecka (soloist of the Musical Theatre in Gdynia).

Jerzy Zelnik will perform as an actor and narrator.

The event is inspired by the character of King Maciuś I — a hero created by Dr. Janusz Korczak, a symbol of childhood imagination, courage, and dreams. The concert will be not only a musical celebration for entire families, but also an opportunity to recall the works and values left by this outstanding educator and author of children's literature.

For the youngest participants, additional attractions, contests, and fun activities with the artists have been prepared.
