Soundedit'26 - Maszynowa, Obywatelka K.L., Howie B.
Klub Wytwórnia w Łodzi, Łódź, Poland
The 18th edition of the International Music Producers Festival Soundedit launches on Friday, 23 October 2026, at Klub Wytwórnia in Łódź. The opening evening is inaugurated by the Łódź duo Maszynowa, followed by Obywatelka K.L., with Howie B. closing the night.
Maszynowa consists of Marcin Pryt and Grzegorz Fajngold (known as Fagot, among other projects from 19 Wiosen). Soundedit will host the official premiere of their debut album "Supernowa" - 11 compositions recorded at Maciej Werk's studio under the production guidance of Kamil Łazikowski, crafted in the style of Soft Cell and New Romantic.
Kasia Lins - a three-time winner of the 2026 Fryderyk Awards in the categories of Artist of the Year, Alternative Pop Album of the Year (for "Obywatelka K.L.") and Music Video of the Year (for "Śmierć w bikini") - will perform with her project Obywatelka K.L. The programme will include "Zasypiasz sama" and "Nasza pornografia", with an original Yamaha EX5 synthesizer on stage - the same instrument played by Grzegorz Ciechowski. The vocalist and pianist will be accompanied by an ensemble led by Karol Łakomiec.
The evening concludes with Howie B. - a British producer and recipient of the festival award in 2014, known for his collaborations with U2 (album "Pop"), Björk ("Post", "Homogenic"), Massive Attack, Tricky and Siouxsie and the Banshees. He will present his latest material; this is his only performance in Poland during this tour.
Tickets are available through Empik, Going, Bilety24, Ticketmaster and Eventim. Programme details are continuously updated on www.soundedit.pl and the festival's social media channels.
The event is realised with the support of the City of Łódź and the Łódź Events Centre. Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the "Music" programme, implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance.
