Opening of the 2026/27 Artistic Season 2.10.2026 at 19.30

The 2026/27 artistic season opens at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw on 2 October 2026 at 19.30 in the Concert Hall. Krzysztof Urbański conducts the orchestra, with cellist Nicolas Altstaedt as soloist. Vocal parts are performed by Sylwia Olszyńska, Agata Schmidt, and Hubert Zapiór, supported by the National Philharmonic Choir. The programme features works by Szymanowski, Bacewicz, and Kilar. This is the first of four Warsaw performances by the artist during the 2026/27 season. The National Philharmonic on Jasna Street, opened in 1955, remains Poland's leading concert hall and home to the National Philharmonic Orchestra.
