ŻYWIOŁAK plays in Wrocław!

On October 9 at 8 PM in the Gothic Hall of the Old Monastery (ul. Purkyniego 1), ŻYWIOŁAK takes the stage.

Żywiołak is one of Poland's most recognizable folk bands - with dozens of concerts across the country and abroad, they are pioneers of experimental folk. The concert will feature material from their latest album "Dekonstrukcja historyczna I" - an exploration of forgotten meanings hidden in familiar holidays, recontextualized through the lens of ancient Slavic beliefs. The album also engages with the legacy of Slavic mythology and contributes to an ongoing discourse about Polish identity that the band has pursued since their debut.
