Two days of blues at the Bischofsmühle: B.B. & The Blues Shacks host their traditional Heimspiel, joined by some of Germany's finest blues artists.

The band performs in full lineup, drawing on the sounds of the 1950s and 60s. The set spans 37 years of band history, including tracks from their latest album "Blues Is A Stew". With their blend of rhythm and blues and sixties soul, the Hildesheim group has built a following well beyond Germany.

Both evenings feature strong support acts. On Friday, the Downhome Perculators - Klaus "Mojo" Kilian and Bernd Simon - play traditional blues from the 1920s to 50s in their own arrangements. On Saturday, Henry Heggen and Blues Rudy take the stage.
