Samora Pinderhughes feat. Elena Pinderhughes

Samora Pinderhughes is a composer, pianist, filmmaker, and multidisciplinary artist known for the intimate density of his work and radically honest lyrics. He combines his own compositions with striking imagery, engaging with socio-political themes and positioning himself in the tradition of Black surrealists who shape words, sounds, and images for the purpose of revolution.

He has demonstrated this approach through collaborations with Robert Glasper, Karriem Riggins, and Common (as 'August Greene'), Burniss Travis, and Christian Scott. At the Enjoy Jazz Festival, he performs alongside his sister Elena Pinderhughes, who appears as a vocalist and flutist.
