Angerfist is the stage name of Dutch DJ and producer Danny Masseling (born June 20, 1981 in Almere), widely regarded as the leading figure in hardcore and gabber music. Active since the early 2000s under the Masters of Hardcore label, he is instantly recognizable by his hockey mask and hooded stage outfit - a look that has become synonymous with the genre itself. His DJ Mag Top 100 appearances spanning 13 consecutive years and a win at the 2012 Hard Dance Awards underline his long-standing dominance in hard dance.
