2. Diversity-Ballnacht Deutschland
The second edition of the Diversity-Ballnacht Deutschland ball at Palazzo Halle. An evening of music, dance, and celebration of inclusivity.
Annette Postel (born 9 March 1969 in Ludwigshafen) is a German soprano, chanson singer, and musical cabaret artist who has built a singular stage format combining classical singing, acting, and comedy. She won the first prize at the Lotte Lenya Competition of the Kurt Weill Foundation New York - making her one of the most authoritative interpreters of Weill's music - alongside the Kleinkunstpreis Baden-Württemberg and the Bundeswettbewerb Gesang in the chanson category. With a four-octave voice and a gift for opera parody, she tours Germany and the German-speaking world with over ten full-length programmes, from Weimar-era chanson to tango comedy.
The new Kurt Weill programme 'her mit dem Haifisch… Weill!' had its celebrated premiere at the sold-out Tollhaus Karlsruhe in January 2025 and subsequently toured multiple German cities.
Postel performed 'her mit dem Haifisch… Weill!' at the Casimirianum in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in April 2025.
A performance of 'her mit dem Haifisch… Weill!' was scheduled at Kulturring Waldbronn in October 2025.
Postel's jubilee best-of programme 'Die POSTEL jubiliert' was scheduled at Kulturzentrum franz.K in Reutlingen in November 2025.
The Weill programme is booked at Kulturhaus Osterfeld in Pforzheim for January 2026.

Annette Postel blends Argentine tango with cabaret humour - performing as both chanteuse and her comedy alter ego "Madame de Toilette", with live bandoneon and piano.

Annette Postel, first-prize winner of the Lotte Lenya Award, performs songs, arias, and chansons by Kurt Weill - from 1920s Berlin to Broadway - with pianist Sebastian Matz and saxophonist Pirmin Ullrich.
