Argentine tango - German lyrics - with a wink!

Tango Argentino in German, with comedy? Never been done before! Annette Postel slips into two contrasting roles within a single tango evening: on the glamorous stage alongside bandoneon player Norbert Kotzan (Bien Porteno) and pianist Noah Allmann, she performs her own witty lyrics set to Argentine tango classics - all commented on by the Palatinate's "Madame de Toilette", a character in whom her well-known comedy persona Carmen is easily recognizable, tackling the ups and downs of male-female relationships with sharp wit.

Annette Postel is a multi-award-winning chanteuse, musical parodist and cabaret artist, widely regarded as Germany's only operatic comedienne. Having conquered the heights of opera, she now turns her attention to the emotionally charged Tango Argentino. She has been dancing tango for 18 years and is finally bringing her passion - complete with a tango diary - onto the stage.

Norbert Kotzan is one of Germany's best-known tango instrumentalists. He and pianist Noah Allmann, together with "la Postel", will play all the great emotions straight to your heart. Guaranteed!
