Coma is a Polish rock band founded in June 1998 in Łódź by guitarist Dominik Witczak and drummer Tomasz Stasiak, with vocalist Piotr Rogucki joining shortly after. Blending alternative rock with progressive elements and introspective lyrics, the band released eight studio albums and won five Fryderyk awards - Poland's most prestigious music prize - between 2005 and 2009. After suspending activity in 2019 following a farewell 'Game Over' tour, Coma returned to the stage in 2024 and has since re-established itself as one of the defining voices of Polish rock.
Coma announced 'Armia Zaprzepaszczonych', a one-off large-scale concert at Atlas Arena in Łódź on November 13, 2026, performing their second album in full to mark its 20th anniversary.
Coma won a Fryderyk award in the 'Album of the Year - Metal' category for 'Coma Live PolandRock Festival 2024'.
Coma played a 'RE-START' concert at Ergo Arena in Gdańsk in October 2025, continuing their comeback run.
Coma was confirmed for the Santander Letnie Brzmienia 2025 festival circuit, with dates in Kraków, Wrocław, Warsaw and Gdańsk.
Coma returned to the stage in 2024 after a five-year hiatus, fulfilling a pledge to play concerts if Polish parliamentary election turnout exceeded a set threshold.
