About
Current Joys is the solo project of Nick Rattigan (born 1992, Reno, Nevada), a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter who has been releasing music under various monikers since 2011. The project blends lo-fi bedroom pop, post-punk and dream pop into a distinctly melancholic, introspective sound, and gained wider recognition with the 2018 album "A Different Age". Rattigan is also the drummer and co-vocalist of the indie surf-rock duo Surf Curse, and has accumulated over a billion combined streams across his catalog.
