About

Emmure is an American metalcore band formed in 2003 in New Fairfield, Connecticut, later based in Queens, New York. Led by vocalist Frankie Palmeri, the group blends deathcore, nu-metal and hardcore into a dense, aggressive sound built on heavy riffs and confrontational vocals. They have released eight studio albums - most notably 'Speaker of the Dead' (2011), which debuted at #68 on the Billboard 200, 'Slave to the Game' (2012) and 'Look at Yourself' (2017) - and remain one of the most consistently touring acts in the American metalcore scene.
