Gibran Alcocer (born 2003, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico) is a pianist, composer, and producer whose minimalist solo piano pieces sit at the crossroads of classical music and ambient. He broke through in 2022 with "Idea 10", a self-composed and self-produced debut that went viral across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, accumulating over four million user-generated videos. His growing catalogue of "Ideas" has since surpassed one billion streams, and in 2023 he was invited by six-time Latin GRAMMY winner Tainy to co-write and co-produce on the album "Data".
