Jason Stanley is an American philosopher and professor of philosophy at Yale University. His work spans political philosophy and epistemology, and he reached a broad audience with How Fascism Works (2018), a study of the tactics and rhetoric that fascist movements use to gain power. He has also written on the relationship between language, propaganda, and democracy.
