About

Hollywood Vampires is an American hard rock supergroup formed in 2012 by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, with Tommy Henriksen as the fourth permanent member. The band name pays tribute to a legendary 1970s celebrity drinking circle that Cooper ran at the Rainbow Bar and Grill in Hollywood, counting John Lennon, Keith Moon, and Ringo Starr among its regulars. Their 2015 self-titled debut leaned heavily on covers honoring rock's fallen heroes - featuring guest appearances by Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, and Christopher Lee - while the 2019 follow-up 'Rise' shifted toward original material. A documentary titled 'Unleashed Spirits - The Rise Of The Hollywood Vampires' is in production.
