About

The Rose (더로즈) is a South Korean alt-pop indie rock band formed in 2017, made up of vocalist/guitarist Woosung, vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Dojoon, bassist Taegyeom, and drummer Hajoon. They built their international following largely outside the K-pop idol system - writing their own songs, fighting a landmark legal battle against their former management, and winning it in 2022. Their debut album HEAL reached #4 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart, while the follow-up DUAL debuted on the Billboard 200 and sold over 150,000 tickets on the accompanying Dawn to Dusk Tour.
