Weihnachtsoratorium (Christmas Oratorio) is a large-scale vocal and instrumental work by Johann Sebastian Bach (BWV 248), composed in 1734–1735. It consists of six cantatas intended for the Christmas season, from Christmas Eve through the Feast of Epiphany. It is one of the most frequently performed works of Baroque music.
