Wincent Weiss (born 21 January 1993 in Eutin, Schleswig-Holstein) is a German pop singer-songwriter who first came to attention on the talent show Deutschland sucht den Superstar in 2013. His 2016 single "Musik sein" broke through across German-speaking Europe, and his debut album Irgendwas gegen die Stille (2017) went platinum in Germany and Switzerland, peaking at number three. He has since released four more studio albums, won the ECHO, an MTV Europe Music Award and a Goldene Kamera, and built a loyal live following with arena and open-air tours drawing over 100,000 fans a year.
