YEBBA (born Abigail Elizabeth Smith, January 16, 1995) is an American R&B and soul singer-songwriter from West Memphis, Arkansas, who grew up singing in church. She first drew wide attention with a backing vocal on Chance the Rapper's 2016 SNL performance, then built her reputation through collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, Drake, A$AP Rocky and PJ Morton - the latter earning her a Grammy for Best Traditional R&B Performance in 2019. Her debut album Dawn (2021) established her as a fearless storyteller; her sophomore record Jean followed in March 2026.
