Description was written before the event

{"title": "Jazz im Park - First Family Jazz Festival in Reckahn", "description": "Jazz - isn't that elitist music for grumpy intellectuals? Not at all! At the first Family Jazz Festival in the historic village of Reckahn, the Havelländische Musikfestspiele open up jazz classics through an interactive programme for all ages - far more than a conventional concert.\n\nAt 15:00, the children's jazz band \"Black Cat\" from the City West Music School (Berlin), directed by Christof Griese, will perform in the village church. The children, aged 10 to 15, play from memory and improvise. Griese developed the concept of the children's jazz band in the mid-1980s while heading the jazz department at the Charlottenburg Music School (now City West). He is also an internationally recognised saxophonist, flautist and composer who has toured Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Mexico and Turkey, winning national and international awards.\n\nFrom 16:00, the Jazzkollektiv Babelsberg with Manuela Scheidt on vocals will perform open-air in the castle garden. The collective also gives young musicians a stage, performing alongside the ensemble. Under the guidance of a music educator, visitors can build their own instruments free of charge - homemade kazoos and trumpets ready to try on the spot. The Landfrauen Reckahn will provide homemade food, and the castle itself will be open to visit.\n\nFamily ticket: 30 € for two adults and two children up to 16 years. An event in the \"Ankerpunkte\" series, funded by MWFK Brandenburg.", "summary": "Reckahn's first Family Jazz Festival brings together a children's jazz band and the Jazzkollektiv Babelsberg for open-air performances, plus free instrument-making workshops and homemade food - jazz made accessible for all ages."},
