Gudrun Walther & Jürgen Treyz - Award-Winning Irish Folk Music

Gudrun Walther and Jürgen Treyz, both founding members of the internationally touring band CARA, present their new duo programme. It bridges Celtic and German musical traditions - shaped by travels and tours, performed by two musicians who understand each other intuitively and use this freedom to make each concert unique.

Their work has been honoured with two Irish Music Awards, repeatedly recognised by the German Record Critics' Prize, and their music for the audiobook "The Little Prince" earned a platinum record. Between pieces, both musicians share travel stories, curious anecdotes, and everyday tales from a musician's household.

Note: The originally planned concert with Gudrun Walther and Andy Cutting has been postponed to a later date for personal reasons.
