KARAT - 45 Years of "Der blaue Planet"

Karat takes the stage in Essen on Wednesday, 10 March 2027 at Lichtburg, one of Germany's largest and most prestigious single-screen cinemas. The concert marks the 45th anniversary of the cult album "Der blaue Planet". Lichtburg, opened in 1928 on Kettwiger Straße in the city center, holds approximately 1,250 seats in a grand art deco hall. This is one of nine German dates on the band's current tour, spanning cities from Dresden to Halle (Saale). The evening will feature iconic songs from one of East Germany's most significant rock groups.
