About: The Düsseldorf Düsterboys

Peter Rubel and Pedro Goncalves Crescenti have been crafting their quietly idiosyncratic German-language folk since 2012 - rooted in Essen, named after a city they never lived in. Their records blend lo-fi psychedelia with bossa nova warmth and lyrics that move between the mundane and the poetic.
