About: Surgeon

Anthony Child, recording as Surgeon since 1994, built his reputation on a raw, industrial-inflected techno rooted in Birmingham's underground - a sound that influenced producers from Berghain's inner circle to the current wave of UK club music. His live sets, built around minimal analog hardware played in single takes, remain a benchmark for intensity and precision.
