Die Cowboys - DER WILDE, WILDE WESTEN live auf Achse

DIE COWBOYS brings together former members and a founding member of TRUCK STOP - Germany's most successful country band of all time. On stage: Rainer Bach, Uwe Lost, Dirk Schlag, Chris Kaufmann and Florian Lost, joined by keyboardist and vocalist Bo Heart.

Rainer Bach, founding member of Truck Stop, wrote and sang hits such as "Ich möchte so gern Dave Dudley hören", "Der Wilde Wilde Westen" and "Old Texas Town, die Westernstadt". Uwe Lost spent 45 years with Truck Stop and created the theme song "Große Haie, kleine Fische" for the ARD series "Großstadtrevier", which has been running for over 30 years. Dirk Schlag joined Truck Stop in 2003 as a guitarist, switched to Santiano in 2013 and now fills arenas with them. Chris Kaufmann has been with Truck Stop since 2015, touring stadiums with Andreas Gabalier among others and actively performing in the duo Wild As Her on the European country scene. Bo Heart has worked on his own releases with Xavier Naidoo, Edo Zanki and Klaus Lage, and for many years played in LostGang alongside Dirk Schlag, Florian and Uwe Lost. Florian Lost, son of Uwe Lost, completes the band on drums.

The setlist features major Truck Stop hits, new pieces like "50 bunte Jahre", country classics and songs by artists such as The Eagles. The impulse came in December 2024 from Uwe Lost: he called the musicians after learning that Studio Maschen - the band's former musical home - could once again host concerts. Following the first announcement on social media, the concert sold out within an hour; two additional evenings followed.
