In 1999, HORCH frontman Adolphi founded this band as support for Jethro Tull. After more than 1000 concerts and appearances at various festivals in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and England, this Celtic folk-rock combo now tours in a trio format - with brand new material from their sixth album and the essence of over 25 years of band history.

The ABERLOUR'S are among the few German Celtic Rock bands that have achieved international standing - and shine equally in the folk scene as well as at metal festivals like Wacken and classical or medieval events like Medieval Selb. Rare acoustic instruments such as cister and mandocello meet thundering grooves, melodic vocal lines complement fierce fiddle and accordion parts, creating a magical whole.
