Götz Alsmann, known as the "King of German Jazz Schlager", draws on treasures from the history of Schlager music, melancholic and humorous gems from 1910-1965. Together with his legendary ensemble - Altfried M. Sicking (vibraphone, xylophone), Ingo Senst (double bass), Dominik Hahn (drums) and Markus Paßlick (percussion) - he creates a unique journey through the history of jazz Schlager.
