Götz Alsmann and the Essener Philharmoniker perform at Philharmonie Essen on Sunday, 27 September 2026 at 11:00. This is one of eight German dates for the artist this season. Philharmonie Essen is a major concert hall in the city centre, opened in 2004 as part of the Aalto-Quartier cultural district. Designed by the architectural firm von Gerkan, Marg und Partner, the main hall seats approximately 1,800 and ranks among the region's most modern concert venues. The collaboration between Alsmann and the orchestra promises an afternoon of accomplished musicianship.
