Oberkrainer from Begunje - The Oberkrainer are coming!

Die Oberkrainer aus Begunje perform at Stadthalle Parchim on Saturday, 10 October 2026 at 15:00. The Slovenian oberkrainer quintet led by Ničy Legata comes to Germany for two concerts, one of which takes place in Parchim. The ensemble pays tribute to Slavko Avsenik, playing his most celebrated works alongside their own compositions. Legata's connection to the creator of oberkrainer music runs deep-he once shared the stage with Slavko Avsenik and was a member of Original Jungen Oberkrainer. The classic quintet with vocal duo brings traditional Alpine folk music to the audience.
