Thomas Reiner performs as a concert soloist worldwide and teaches at university level. His distinctive tone and extensive discography have earned him a strong reputation in the trumpet world. His duo partner Jürgen Benkö is the dean's church musician at St. Laurentius Church in Bietigheim, and alongside his work as a choirmaster and conductor he gives regular concerts at home and abroad.

The duo's focus is firmly on Baroque music - well-known and lesser-known masters of the genre alike, played with freshness and without a trace of dusty reverence.
